Jess Nottage
Operations & Technical Director, Clear Cut Group
Jess has a passion for technology, post production and effective processes. He has designed and built post production facilities and workflows and managed post operations through the major industry transitions over the years such as SD to HD, tape to file, HD to UHD and most recently, HDR, Dolby Atmos and remote/cloud workflows. He has been instrumental in developing Clear Cut from a established single site post operation in London to an interconnected multisite, multi-company business operating nationally and trading globally.
In his spare time Jess is a keen photographer but admits that his most of his recent snaps are of his two young daughters growing up. His idea of relaxing is to torture himself watching his beloved home team Norwich City FC (lose mostly).
